2.1 We will contact you within 5 working days to let you know we are considering your complaint and clarify any points where necessary. If we can resolve your complaint within 3 working days, we will send you a Summary Resolution Communication. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Pure Asset Finance Ltd T/Apataya Management is acting in the capacity of an intermediary for the purpose of preparing and submitting any finance proposal to a funder. Pure Asset Finance Ltd T/Apataya Management shall communicate with the Funder (and where applicable Suppliers) for and on behalf of the Customer for the purpose of providing the Services, and the customer gives Pure Asset Finance Ltd T/Apataya Management authority to do so on its behalf.
Pure Asset Finance Ltd T/Apataya Management may be paid commission from the Funder for consideration of introducing the customer to the Funder (either on a fixed fee basis, or as set out as a percentage). Each funder may award different commission rates, and this does not have any effect on any rental payments payable by the customer for the rental period. Pure Asset Finance Ltd T/Apataya Management shall make such introductions and provide its services in accordance with the customer’s interests at all times. If further information on the commission structure of Pure Asset Finance Ltd T/Apataya Management is required, then this can be provided on request.
