The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Pataya Financial Management Servicesis acting in the capacity of an intermediary for the purpose of preparing and submitting any finance proposal to a funder. Pataya Financial Management Servicesshall communicate with the Funder (and where applicable Suppliers) for and on behalf of the Customer for the purpose of providing the Services, and the customer gives Pataya Financial Management Servicesauthority to do so on its behalf.
Pataya Financial Management Servicesmay be paid commission from the Funder for consideration of introducing the customer to the Funder (either on a fixed fee basis, or as set out as a percentage). Each funder may award different commission rates, and this does not have any effect on any rental payments payable by the customer for the rental period. Pataya Financial Management Servicesshall make such introductions and provide its services in accordance with the customer’s interests at all times. If further information on the commission structure of Pataya Financial Management Servicesis required, then this can be provided on request.
